Whatever your stage in life, therapeutic massage can assist you in moving toward optimal health and wellbeing.  I come to massage with the intent that people can learn how to be less stressed and move with more ease in their mind, body and spirit.  We just have to provide the opportunities.  Massage is one way to repattern and achieve relaxation.

My massage credentials include: graduate of nationally recognized Body Therapy Institute, certified Pre & Perinatal Massage Therapist with Carole Osborne-Sheets, Body Therapy Associates, Bamboo-fusion therapist,  ABMP member, and NC License #5345.  I also hold a BA from High Point College in Sociology.
